With the success of Katrina Halili's role in Magdusa Ka, another project for her is on the way. On August 14, GMA will launch a new drama TV series entitled Obra featuring Katrina Halili who will play as protagonist on four different drama episodes, each to be directed by Joel Lamangan, Maryo J. Delos Reyes, Jun Lana and Bibeth Orteza.

Obra Presents Katrina Halili is set to premiere on August 14, 2008 after Dalja’s Spring.

Katrina’s wish to have Robin Padilla and Marvin Agustin as her leading man on one of the episodes of the drama anthology.

When asked if who prefers to be a leading man, Katrina chose Marvin over Dennis Trillo.

Katrina Halili, two time FHM sexiest woman, was chosen to star in the movie Miss X, a remake originally played by Vilma Santos after Octo Arts Films bought the rights. Katrina was personally chosen by Orly Ilacad, Head of Octo Arts Films, to play the role.

Aside from the Miss X movie, she is also doing the Metro Manila Film Fest 2008 entry “One Night Only” together with Angelica Panganiban, Roxanne Guinoo, and Valerie Concepcion.

Katrina Halili, Philippines' Sexiest Woman for FHM two years in a row, will play the lead role in Magdusa Ka, an upcoming Philippine drama on GMA-7 network as the eight installment of Sine Novela. Katrina will play the role of Christine and Dennis Trillo will be her leading man with the character of Rob.

Finally, Katrina will now play a protagonist role after 4 years of being typecast as a villain in teleseryes.

Magdusa Ka will be directed by Maryo J. de los Reyes.

Katrina Halili, the two-time voted as Philippine FHM sexiest woman, does another sexy pictorial in Boracay Philippines. The said photos and images are not for FHM, but for a coffetable book that sexy Katrina Halili is also producing. "Nakakatakot din, pero mas nae-excite ako. Nae-excite talaga ako kasi gustung-gusto ko siyang gawin," says Katrina about her new pictorial. As recently reported by Pep.ph, Katrina Halili produces coffeetable book to promote tourism and art in the Philippines. Boracay Island was the first location Katrina chose for her first layout.
