This is Home by Switchfoot is the original soundtrack (OST) of the 2008 movie The Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian, which was premiered last May, 16 2008. The song was written and recorded by the alternative gospel rock band Switchfoot and is featured during the end credits of the film.

The single has three known versions: the first one is more instrumental, the second one is what appears on the actual soundtrack CD, and the third one is in the end credits of the movie. On the Top 20 Soundtrack single Chart, This Is Home is positioned as new number fifteen.
