The winners of the MTV Asia Awards 2008 were already announced during the star-studded night on Saturday night, August 2, in Genting, Malaysia wherein only the best artists from around the world received golden M bars. The event gave recognition to singers for their achievements in the music industry and at the same time provides the platform for music collaborations.
