UFC 99 Event In Germany For The First Time?
Yup... that's right. If you are from Germany, I am sure you are excited to watch UFC 99 Live Stream as this will be the first ever UFC event to be held in Germany.
It's already the 99th event of UFC, so if you are a big fan of this event, I am sure you will not miss to watch UFC 99 either on PPV or Watch UFC 99 Online Live.
Mirko "CroCop" Filipović would be returning to the promotion to face Mostapha Al-turk. This will be Filipović's first fight in the UFC since his unanimous-decision loss to Cheick Kongo at UFC 75 in 2007. Since that fight, he has gone 2-0-0 with one no contest while fighting for other promotions.
An announced bout between Heath Herring and Cain Velasquez is canceled due to an illness that Herring is suffering. On May 20, 2009, Cheick Kongo was announced as the replacement.

Cavaliers May Lose Their Chance To The NBA Finals
Tonight is a very crucial night for the NBA Eastern Conference Finals, as this may be the last game for the NBA Playoffs 2009. It's Game 6 between Cleveland Cavaliers and Orlando Magic but the score is 3-2 in favor of Magic.
I am a bit nervous thus I would not definitely miss to watch Cleveland vs Orlando on TV via TNT or Cavaliers vs Magic Game 6 Online.
I am praying Cavs will win because I am rooting they will be moving forward at the NBA Finals 2009.
See you tonight. Any bet?

Manny Pacquiao Wins Against Oscar Dela Hoya
Congratulations to Manny Pacquiao for beating Oscar De La Hoya. Once again, Pacman just claimed his title as "The Mexican Executioner". During the fight, it is obvious that Pacquiao is using his speed that makes The Golden Boy noy able to jab. In the end, Dela Hoya quits at the 8th round. Thus, our very own Pambansang Kamao won the welterweights title.
After this, who will be Pacquiao's next opponent? Will it be Hatton this time? That's something that we - Filipinos and boxing followers alike - should watch out. Will Oscar Dela Hoya retire after this fight? In an interview after the match, Golden Boy did not confirm it. He just said, anything might happen. Well...
Congrats again to Filipinos and Pacquiao. To those who cast their bet and won, hope you'll share the price. Hehehe. This is a short post just to tell the world I am proud that Pacman won. So, party anyone?

Philippines Gold Medal - Wushu in 2008 Beijing Olympics
Finally, the Philippines got a gold medal in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Good news? Actually, it was announced via local channel awhile ago so I immediately researched about it to find out if it's for real.
It's so true that the Philippines got the gold medal in the game called wushu. Willy Wang won in the combined events of men’s nanquan and nangun (bare fists) yesterday. However, since wushu is only a demonstration sport, Wang’s victory will not count in the regular medal standings. Yet, still another pride for Filipinos, ayt?
Benjie Rivera and Mary Jane Estimar also received bronze medals in the said demonstration sport after defeating their opening-phase opponents. Rivera beat Kamel Mohamed of Egypt 2-0 in the men’s 56kg sanshou (combat) event, while Estimar won over Ambra Vielmi of Italy 2-1 in the 52kg sanshou. Note: Information are sourced via GMANewsTv.
What do you think about the first ever Philippine gold medal?
