Earthquake in the Philippines on July 18 2008?
A prophecy about a magnitude 8.1 earthquake will hit the Philippines on July 18, 2008, that's according to the e-mails, blog posts and text messages that have been circulating around. It was based on a prophecy made by a Brazilian psychic named Jucelino Nóbrega da Luz.
Is it true? Or just a hoax?
It's only nine days away before we could find out if this is for real or not. According to Phivolcs Director Renato Solidium Jr., it was just another example of email bogus “There is no basic science behind it”. He added "Nobody can predict an earthquake as to the exact magnitude, time and actual date".
Well, let's just keep on praying and wait for that day. Who knows, right?
