Ang Babaeng Hinugot Sa Aking Tadyang starring Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera will begin airing February 2, 1009 in GMA-7 primetime TV. It is a TV adaptation of the Carlo J. Caparas suspense/drama classic of the same title.

Ang Babaeng Hinugot sa Aking Tadyang is about family, destiny, secrets and deception. And with GMA-7’s version, the series will show that love is indeed the most powerful force on earth.

The king and queen of GMA-7 Primetime, Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, will celebrate their birthday for a free concert at the Araneta Coliseum on August 27, 2008. The event was entitled “Let’s Celebrate” and it was a thanksgiving for their fans for making Marimar and Dyesebel number 1 shows nationwide.

Marian will be 24 years old on August 12 while Dingdong has just turned 28 yesterday, August 2. In case you will miss the free concert, you can watch it on primetime telecast on August 31 at SNBO.

FHM Philippines already released the final tally of votes for their annual poll for 100 sexiest women in the world and it was confirmed via PEP that Marian Rivera is the new winner. Meanwhile, Katrina Halili is at second spot and Angel Locsin third.

What?! Marian Rivera has a video sc@ndal? Surprising huh? Actually, I was surprised after seeing a Youtube video clip of Marian Rivera as hot as I never expected as she is so angry and talking "bad words" during a shooting in Dyesebel TV series.

I don't know what was exactly happening on the video clip, but it seems inaaway nya ang isang guy, which made her so furious kaya di nya mapigilan to speak bad words. Here's her line "Ang kapal naman ng mukha mo" while talking to a stunned guy.

Actually, I was shocked and disappointed at the same time after watching the clip. Who can say that a sweet Marian Rivera can talk these kind of words in front of a camera? I am not sure if she was aware that someone was taking a shot, however in my opinion, she should be a good role model, especially if she doesn't want her fans, like me, get disappointed with her bad asal.

So, is it true that Marian is actually hiding her real color? I heard from someone na suplada daw sya sa totoong buhay, especially after she was already a celebrity. I am not sure if this is true, but this is what I heard ;0

The pilot episode of GMA-7 fantaserye Dyesebel starring Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes got a 44.9 percent rating on Monday, April 28, 2008 eventhough there was an unscheduled power interruption on some areas in Metro Manila according to Pep.ph.

Looks like the Dyesebel TV series is another big break for Marian. No wonder a lot of endorsement offers are on her way recently. With that, she is the new celebrity endorser of Blue Water Day Spa with Piolo Pascual.

Dyesebel Synopsis/Summary:

Currently, Marian Rivera is having her swimming lessons. Joyce E. Bernal will once again the director, the same director of Marimar. Marian Rivera as Dyesebel. Rumors said that Rhian Ramos was the original choice to play as Dyesebel but it ended up with Marian Rivera. Dingdong Dantes as Fredo. It was also said that Dennis Trillo had the part of Fredo but turned out to be Dingdong Dantes.

Dyesebel is a popular mermaid character in the Philippines. The comic book character was originally conceived by the Filipino comic book illustrator, Mars Ravelo. Dyesebel is a prominent character in Philippine cinema and television.

Marian Rivera is the star behind the Filipino version of Mexican novel Marimar, and soon play the role as Dyesebel, an upcoming fantasy Philippine drama to be aired on April 21.

Marian Rivera Biography
Marian Gracia Rivera, more popularly known as Marian Rivera was born August 12, 1984 in Madrid, Spain to an interracial couple: Spaniard named Francisco Javier Gracia and a Filipina named Amalia Rivera. When her parents separated 2 years after her birth, Rivera and her mom left Spain and flew back to her mother's hometown in the Philippines. However, her mother had to leave to continue her work commitment abroad that she was sent to her maternal grandmother, Francisca Rivera in Bacoor, Cavite.

Marian Rivera Education
Rivera attended local private schools in Cavite including Saint Francis of Assisi College System where she spent her Elementary and High School years and De La Salle University-Dasmariñas for college. She had a 3-month practicum at the National Mental Hospital, after which she graduated with a degree in A.B. Psychology.


Marian Rivera Career
Marian Rivera left her hometown to pursue a career as a ramp and commercial model. Not long after, she landed an appearance on TV advertisements for Skin White Lotion and Sky Flakes crackers. She starred in a series of afternoon soap operas for TAPE Inc. and GMA Network such as Kung Mamahalin Mo Lang Ako, Agawin Mo Man Ang Lahat and Pinakamamahal. GMA Network then cast her into mother roles for the afternoon Philippine-Malaysian drama Muli and the primetime telefantasya Super Twins. Marian Rivera rose to fame when she won an audition for the title role of MariMar, the remake of the Mexican telenovela which starred Thalía.
