Perez Hilton noted that, "These photos look very very real. But, we're working under the assumption that they're fake."

The nominees for the 10th annual Teen Choice Awards were already announced. These nominations were selected to honor the year’s biggest achievements in music, movies, sports, and television, to be voted on by teens aged 13-19.

Fans ages 13-19 can vote once each day for their favorite nominees at www.TeenChoiceAwards.com. Winners will be announced on Monday, Aug. 4 via FOX channel.

Miley Cyrus new song titled 7 Things is the first single from her upcoming album Breakout. In the song, she listed seven things she hates about an ex-boyfriend. At the end, she lists seven things she likes about the ex-boyfriend.

The song was written by Miley Cyrus herself, Antonina Armato,
and Tim James.

7 Things debuted on the Elvis Duran and the Morning Zoo radio show on May 13, 2008. It also debuted on the Billboard charts, Pop 100 and Pop 100 Airplay on May 22, 2008. The song debuted at 95 on the Pop 100, because of lacking digital sales, but made a strong debut of 44 of Pop 100 Airplay, due to great airplay.

The song is expected to debut on the Hot 100 and make a huge jump on the Pop 100 after is gets released digitally to iTunes on June 17, 2008.

Miley Cyrus photos recently appear in an article in Vanity Fair from the German June 2008 online edition. However, on some of the pictures, she appear to be n*de thus on her statement on People.com, she was embarrassed and apologized for the Vanity Fair photos.

As for Disney's statement on the photoshoot, "The photo suggests that she is n*ked, but she is not. She is covered by a sheet, and beneath the sheet she is clothed. Originally, she was in a flesh-colored tank top but was asked to remove it."

"Miley's grandmother and her teacher were there when she shot it. Annie convinced them it was going to be artistic. Her parents are mortified. They know this is a learning moment for Miley."

On September 24, 2007, rumors began circulating that Miley Cyrus was pregnant. The cause of the rumor was an image of a page of J-14 Magazine circulating on the Internet entitled "Miley's Meltdown" and saying, among other things, "Miley herself confirmed the pregnancy rumors during a J-14 interview". The real story on J-14's Page 16 magazine was about 'Miley's Gross Habits' told by her co-stars on the set of Hannah Montana.
