The year 2009 is a good start for David Cook fanatics here in the Philippines as the latest American Idol winner will be having a 1-night only concert in Manila on January 27, 2009. The venue is yet to be announced, though.

With the upcoming David Cook Philippine concert, fanatics are now looking for ways to get a free David Cook concert ticket, especially now that the tickets are sold out everywhere. So, when will David Archuleta visit the Pinoys? Hopefully... this year!!!

American Idol 7 winner David Cook will be releasing his first ever album on November 18 this year. His debut album is untitled yet. Maybe it will be self-titled, just guessing. The first single of the album will be released in few weeks so watch out for it.

I am sure David Cook fans can't wait. Look for it to hit in your music store two months from now ;0

That's right. David Cook will visit the Philippines early next year - January 27, 2009 to be exact. The reigning American Idol Season 7 winner will be having his first post-Idol show in the Manila in January 2009. The venue is yet to be announced, though.

The news was announced by David Cook himself when he was interviewed on a radio show in North America.

David Cook is not surprisingly popular in the Philippines, even before he won the said reality show. Honestly, I can't wait for January. I will buy my ticket for his concert for sure.

Randy Jackson thought his performance showed people a sensitive side of David Cook and this is the kind of record he should make. Paula Abdul gives him a standing ovation. Meanwhile, Simon Cowell said he’s one of the nicest, most sincere contestants, but thought it was the wrong song choice. What?!!!

Now that Syesha Mercado was booted off during the recent American Idol elimination night, May 14 Wednesday - it's the battle between the two David's on American Idol Season 7 on 5/20/2008.

Who will win - will it be the 17 year old David or the 25 year old David? Personally - and also based from forums, polls, feedbacks, and performances - I think little David will win and be the seventh American Idol winner.
