Who is the American Idol 2008 winner? I am sure this is what you are asking yourself right now. Just watched American Idol Finals earlier today and it's David Cook, who wins American Idol Season 7.

Simon Cowell apologized to Cook for him being disrespectful during the finals night. Did this mean Simon knows Cook will win this thing?

David Cook is the American Idol Season 7 winner! That's okay. Though, I was betting for Archuleta, at least even though he did not win, he got himself a new Ford car.

Personally, I bet for David Archuleta simply because I love him. I know David Cook has the talent, stage performance, and appeal but that won't change my vote ;0 David A appeared to have a better night with his three ballads - one of which he already sang. This is the second time he sung this piece and I personally think he did great as usual. Wow, I got chills for the second time. Now that Syesha Mercado was booted off during the recent American Idol elimination night, May 14 Wednesday - it's the battle between the two David's on American Idol Season 7 on 5/20/2008.

Who will win - will it be the 17 year old David or the 25 year old David? Personally - and also based from forums, polls, feedbacks, and performances - I think little David will win and be the seventh American Idol winner.

If I am not wrong, each of them will perform three songs.

I can't wait to watch this episode tomorrow. I am thinking who will be eliminated next... and this time I am sure I will bet it right. I am absolutely sure Syesha Mercado will go home on 5/14/2008 elimination night results, leaving the two David's competing through the finals.

It was Brook White, who was eliminated on American Idol April 30 elimination night. I thought it was Syesha Mercado, but once again, I was wrong. Looks like Syesha was the only female wannabe who remain in the show. I bet she will go home next week... it could be her or Jason Castro. I am absolutely sure the two Davids will compete through the finals... but it will be the younger David Archuleta, who will win the American Idol Season 7 title.

Back to the 4/30/2008 elimination results, teary-eyed Brooke left the show tonight. It was a little surprising that Syesha outlasted her.

Wow, another American Idol Season 7 elimination night for April 23 or April 24, 2008. Who was eliminated? Who were the American Idol bottom three? Tonight on April 23 American Idol results show, there were only bottom two, and they are no other that Carly Smithson and Syesha Mercado... In the end, it was Carly, who was eliminated on 4/23/2008 elimination. Shocked? Honestly, I was shocked. It is indeed shocking. I thought it could be either Syesha, Jason, or Brooke who will go home. Once again, I was wrong.

Now, we only have the American Idol Top 5 namely David Archuleta, David Cook, Jason Castro, Syesha Mercado, and Brooke White. Who will be the next to be eliminated on April 30? I dunno. Let's wait and watch their performance next week.
